Should I upgrade to Vista?
If you don't need to upgrade, then don't. If your current copy of XP is fine, there is no need to upgrade.
However, if there is a program you want to use that requires Vista or you want to use one of the many new features in Windows Vista, then upgrade (but don't select the upgrade option, select clean install).
It will run fine if your computer meets the posted specs.
